HIGH PERFORMANCE CERAMIC COATIN

Fluna GunCoating is a high performance ceramic coating for all kinds of firearms and knives. Despite its extreme lubricating properties Fluna GunCoating is residue free, it creates an invisible, dry film on the gun and increases the gliding properties of moving gun parts.

Hard, metallic sounds of rubbing parts – such as e.g. rifle locks – are reduced considerably.

Fluna GunCoating forms a firm unit with the surface, does not run off and is thus a long-lasting protection against corrosion.

Fluna GunCoating can be applied on all surfaces such as steel, aluminium, plastic, coated wood, gold and silver ornaments, colour case hardenings, cast and rubber. Fluna GunCoating smoothes out microscopic cracks and polishes permanently the treated surfaces. Wear is thus reduced to a minimum, gun efficiency increased.

Fluna GunCoating is already effective at first application– also in case of older guns !

APPLICATION

As a basic principle, Fluna GunCoating is applied on a cleaned weapon. Metal parts should be degreased prior to the application so that the ceramic particles can directly adhere to the metal. Spray a thin coat of Fluna GunCoating onto the surfaces and then distribute with a lintfree cloth so that a thin, wet film covers the surface. Fluna GunCoating then dries automatically. At room temperature the coating is dried after about 30 minutes and completely hard after approximately two hours. When applied at the barrel the barrel must first be cleaned thoroughly. Then apply a thin coat of Fluna GunCoating with either cotton wool or a felt wad. For the application on larger surfaces we recommend the spray. For the application on small parts and the adjustment of triggers, the liquid product in the dropping bottle is recommended.
