Please place your orders through the website as normal. Any non "DG" (DANGEROUS GOODS) items will be sent via the normal routes. 

When we receive a "DG" order, we will contact you via E-mail to obtain a copy of your Firearms Certificate (it must be yours, it must be signed, and it must be in date) any failure to comply to this will mean your order will sit here until paperwork is complete. This will be needed every time you order "DG" from us. 

We will then ring you to discuss delivery options available to you, delivery charges are listed below and relate to postcode location, we can only deliver to the UK Mainland.

Once delivery or collection has been determined we will then take payment for delivery, unless you are collecting from us.  Please see charges listed below. 

If we are delivering Ammunition or Primers these can only go to an RFD, please get them to contact us. They may have fees to receive it, these will be down to you to pay.

If it is just powder, we can deliver it to the address on your certificate only, you will be contacted by the couriers to arrange times etc, you will need to produce your current firearms certificate for them. You must have your phone with you just in case they need to find you. 

We will plan to deliver all deliveries once we get four or more ready to pick up, as couriers will surcharge us for any thing less than a collection of four. We can expidite a single one if needed but there will be a surcharge of £30 on top of current delivery charges.
