Neck Tension Control
Spud Says..."Usually more consistant results can be found when you use a custom expander, to set the neck tension for an even bullet grip and release when fired. "2 thou" .002" tension seems to be a good starting point from testing. Always best to use the expander and set your tension after sizing your case.
