Delivery Questions 
 
Do you provide next-day or Saturday delivery?  - As standard, we endeavour to ship all orders on a 24-hour service to go out on the day of order. However, we cannot guarantee next-day service and will aim to get you your parcel in 2-4 working days. We do use a mixture of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD; some may automatically deliver on a Saturday as standard. Should you require us to use a specific courier or for your parcel to arrive by/on a set date, please do pop us a call. Where we can, we will always try and accommodate these needs.  
 
What packaging do you use? - We recycle as much packaging as possible; our local authorities will recycle unused cardboard. If you require specifically discreet packaging, please scroll to the bottom as this is a supplemented service we can provide.

How does our delivery service work? - At 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd, we aspire to offer our customers a delivery experience that is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. We use couriers that provide efficient service across the UK and overseas. We and the couriers attempt to ensure your parcel is with you as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

Please let us know how we notify you about the order delivery. - We will send you the shipment notification email once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.
The dispatch notification email has the delivery tracking code, which you can use on the DPD or Parcelforce websites to identify your order's current location and status.
If only part of the items ordered are ready to be dispatched, we will process this for you as soon as possible, and the remaining items will be delivered as quickly as they are available in stock. These will be sent to you with no extra charges.
 
How do I check my order status? - Once you have placed a new order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been placed and is being processed. Every time the order status changes, you will receive further updates by e-mail. You can also check the status of your order any time on www.1967spud.com website. Click the "Account" link or "View Order History" at the top of the website, then log in as an existing customer. Select the order you want to check and click on it in the list available to check further details.If the payment is successful, the order will receive the "Processing." If any of the items ordered are currently out of stock, you will receive further e-mail updates listing all items due to be delivered.Every time we dispatch your order entirely or parts of your order, you will receive an e-mail notification explaining which items were delivered. You can also see a list of sent items on your "Account" page on the 1967spud main website under the "Shipments" section. Once all the items of your order have been shipped, the order will receive the status Completed.If payment wasn't successful or you decided to cancel your order before it was dispatched, we will change the order status to Cancelled. 
 

 
What courier services do we use? - All orders in the UK & Europe will be sent via DPD, Parcelforce Courier or Royal Mail. Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. one at home), you will be notified by our courier with a range of options for re-delivery. The courier will automatically attempt delivery the following working day, but if delivery is still unsuccessful, you must collect the parcel from your local Post Office. If your property is not collected within five days, it will be returned to 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd and treated as a failed delivery. We can then talk to you about an alternative delivery address or a suitable delivery day to deliver your parcel. If you then request a refund on the order, your credit/debit card may be debited the delivery charges back to 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd. We will always do our best to ensure delivery is as convenient as possible for our customers, so if you have any queries or need support regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Services Department at +44 (0)1263 739923.  
 
How would you like to track your parcel? - Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. You will receive another email with your tracking number when we dispatch the goods. You can then visit the relevant tracking website (Parcelforce or Royal Mail) and enter your tracking number into the "Track Item" box. You will then be able to view the status of your delivery once our courier has taken care of your order. Please remember that your tracking number may not be live in the courier's system immediately, and it may not be until later in the evening that you can track your parcel. Our couriers will collect orders dispatched over the weekend on Monday evening. If you've placed an order for multiple items, please be aware that any long-length or more oversized items (i.e. cleaning rods or some drag bags) may be delivered the day after other smaller parcels, but only if 'Standard Courier' is selected as your chosen delivery option.  
 
What should we do if there is a problem with the delivery? - 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd relies upon the services of third-party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’, there can be occasions when the couriers let us down and do not deliver within the specified delivery time. On the rare occasion that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. To avoid doubt, 1967spud Reloading Supplies Ltd will not refund any delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date. If the parcel arrives when you expect it or there is a problem with your delivery, please call us at +44 (0)1263 739923. We will then work with the courier to ensure a delivery day is provided. If you are unlucky enough to receive damaged or faulty goods or would like to return an item, please see our Returns Page for the best ways to proceed. 


Discreet Deliveries - Due to courier changes with both DPD and Parcelforce, we can no longer use black shrink wrap for some services on our parcels. So we have had to make some changes at our end and implement a new service called "Discreet Shipping". For all of you who want to keep your purchases both work safe and confidential.
There will be a small surcharge of £3, but we have kept it to what it costs us for this new service. Your discreet package will still be black-wrapped as before. You will also be sent tracking details so you have better control over the delivery.
 
 

Powder & Primer Deliveries (Dangerous Goods)

 

We are now able to deliver primers and powders again. ALL deliveries will need specific paperwork from you and us to make any deliveries happen.

POWDER CAN BE DELIVERED TO A CURRENT CERTIFICATE HOLDER ONLY

 

 

As usual, please place your orders through the website. Any non-DG items will be sent via the normal routes. 

When we receive a "DG" order, we will contact you via e-mail to obtain a copy of your firearms certificate (it must be yours, signed, and up to date). Failure to comply will mean your order will sit here until the paperwork is completed. This will be needed every time you order "DG" from us. 

We will then be able to ring you to discuss the delivery options; delivery charges are listed below and relate to the postcode location.

We can only deliver to the UK mainland addresses, which must match the front of your Firearms/Shotgun certificate.

Once delivery or collection has been determined, we will make sure to take delivery payment unless you collect from us.  Please see the charges listed below. 

If we deliver Ammunition or Primers, they can only go to an RFD; please get them to contact us. They may have fees to receive them, which you must pay.

If it is just powder, we can deliver it to the address on your certificate only. The couriers will contact you to arrange times, etc.; you must produce your current firearms certificate for them. Having your phone with you would be best if they need to find you. 

We will deliver all deliveries once we get four or more ready to pick up, as couriers will surcharge us for anything less than a collection of four. We can expedite one if needed, but there will be a surcharge of £30 on top of current delivery charges.

RETURNS

 

If you wish to return an item to us, please click here to download a RETURNS FORM. Please ensure the form is fully completed and enclosed with your returned items.

Returns Policy

Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange/refund if they are unused and in their original packaging, and have all the barcode tags intact. Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact, and clothing, shoes, and accessories must have labels or tags attached. If the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, we may decline your exchange/refund request. We are responsible for any goods until we have received them.

Exchanges

Exchanges are typically processed within seven days (subject to stock availability). We will gladly post your exchanged item for free (you will have to pay the difference if the goods you require are more expensive than your original order, and we will credit you any difference if the goods are cheaper than your original order). Still, we ask that you return the unwanted item to us at your own expense. Unless notified otherwise, we will always send replacement goods to your original shipping address. It is your responsibility to follow the RETURNS POLICY.

Returns

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method and are usually processed within seven days. Please help us deal with your return quickly by providing us with the information you requested. We're responsible for returning the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns). I want you to know that it is your responsibility to follow the RETURNS POLICY.

Faulty Goods

If goods appear faulty or damaged upon receipt, sign for them accordingly and then please contact us, and we will arrange a solution.

If returning supplied goods for a warranty claim, please ensure they’re within warranty, the warranty claim is valid, and the item(s) are cleaned thoroughly, free of debris and with their original packaging. If the goods become faulty through defective material or poor artistry but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection immediately. The item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing if necessary. If faulty goods need to be replaced, you must ensure that they are suitably packaged and accompanied by a cover letter and a copy of proof of purchase. If faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first - for Health & Safety reasons, we cannot process dirty products. The cost of returning goods to be repaired or replaced under warranty is not covered by the warranty and must be met by yourself. We will, of course, send out any repaired/returned goods free of carriage charge.

Replacement goods carry a warranty period from the date of the original purchase. No warranty extension will be applied to replacement goods.

We cannot process returns without an original invoice number and a note or an email stating what is to be refunded. Failure to provide the requested information will cause delays in dealing with your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
