And with Mini Maglite® illumination, subjects are well lit which provides the user with high quality, clear images.

Using the Rigid Slim tube alone, this borescope provides a 42° Field of View via the lens. With the use of the Mirror Tube Accessory, a 90º Direction of View is also achieved.

Note 2 These scopes were not designed to operate below 0º. However, several of our customers have successfully used the scopes in liquid Nitrogen at 77 deg. K.
Pressure All Hawkeye borescopes were designed for use at ambient pressure. However, we have several customers who have successfully used Hawkeye Borescopes at pressures up to 500 PSI and down to 10-6 Torr. As the scopes were not specifically designed for this, the operator does so at their own risk.
Chemical Resistance All Hawkeye Rigid borescope tubes are water tight and are resistant to most hydrocarbons; oils, gasoline, hydraulic fluid, jet fuel, etc. (This excludes the eyepiece). Exposure to Acids and strong Alkalis should be avoided as it will attack the optical window.
